Funeral for Mrs. Ella Jones Moon, 91, of Hartselle was Mon., Feb. 22, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. Dewitt Crowe and Phillip Hardin officiating.
Burial was in Antioch Cemetery.
Mrs. Moon died Sat., Feb. 20, 2010, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was a member of Southwest Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, David E. Moon; a brother, Harry Jones; and three sisters, Mildred Jones, Ruby Jones and Ruth Jones Hardy.
She is survived by two brothers, Paul Jones and wife Inez and Charles E. Hardy and wife Jean, all of Decatur; and three sisters, Helen Luker of Hartselle, and Modeana Hardin and Doris Jean Moore, both of Falkville.
Pallbearers were Paul Waters, Billy Aaron, Roy Roberson, Paul Adkins, Gerald Yeager and Vaughn Moon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of the Valley.
