A graveside service for Gene Keenum, 64, of Falkville/Massey was Mon., Feb. 22, at 11 a.m. at Corinth Cemetery in Cullman County with the Rev. Billy Gable officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Keenum died Fri., Feb. 19, 2010, on his farm in Massey. He was preceded in death by a son, Brian Brumbeloe.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Keenum of Falkville/Massey; two sons, Chris Keenum and wife Allison and Chuck Keenum and wife Paulette, all of Massey; three daughters, Cindy Stephenson and husband Danny of Hartselle, Sherry Miller and husband Phillip of Massey and Cathy Lighton and husband Doug of Huntsville; a sister, Janie Cedatol and husband Chad of Lacey’s Spring; 11 grandchildren, Logan Miller, Tyler Keenum and wife Ashley, Adam Keenum, Weston and Gray Keenum, Danyel, Dylan and Dustin Stephenson, Aaron Sawyer and Corey and Katie Scheppe; and a great-grandchild, Eric Keenum.
Pallbearers were grandsons, Tyler Keenum, Weston Keenum, Dylan Stephenson, Dustin Steph-enson, Adam Keenum, Aaron Sawyer, Gray Keenum and Corey Scheppe.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Heart Association or to Children’s Hospital.
