Funeral for Lucy Idell Coleman, 98, of Falkville was Wednesday, March 3, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jason Moore and Cecil Berry officiating.
Burial was in Roselawn Cemetery,
Mrs. Coleman died Sunday, February 28, 2010. She was born February 25, 1910, in Morgan County to Elbert and Maggie Harris Baldwin. She was retired from T.J. Baldwin Store and was a member of Cave Springs Baptist Church. A special thank you to the Summerford Nursing Home staff and Dr. Weirich and Dr. Barr. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Willard Coleman.
She is survived by a daughter, Willodine Spears of Michigan; a sister-in-law, Ella Mae Baldwin of Priceville; granddaughter, Janet Spears; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbeaers were family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cave Springs Baptist Church.
