Funeral for Willie Mae Duke Fagan, 81, of Hartselle was Wednesday, March 10, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carson Fagan officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Mrs. Fagan died Saturday, March 6, 2010, at her daughter’s residence in Melbourne, Fla. She was born January 29, 1929, in Morgan County to Kenneth Walter Duke and Josephine Duke. She was a homemaker and a member of First Assembly of God. She had a tremendous faith in God and her main ambition was to see all of her loved ones in Heaven again. She will be missed by everyone that knew her and even by those who just knew of her. She was a true prayer warrior and always willing to do the Lord’s work.
She is survived by her husband, Leroy David Fagan of Hartselle; two sons, Rev. Carson Fagan and wife Brenda of Warrior and Dalton Fagan and wife Penny of Decatur; two daughters, Debbie McBrayer of Melbourne, Fla. and Tracie Fagan of Huntsville; two sisters, Addie Pearl Malone of Mich. and Jessy (Jo) Fagan of Decatur; ten grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bo Speer, Scott Speer, Nick Fagan, Matt Fagan, Rocky Fagan, Zachary Fagan, Morgan Storrs and Andy Miller.
