Tools stolen downtown

Hartselle Police Department is investigating the theft of tools from the company hired to complete renovations downtown.
The theft occurred on Main Street near Corsbie Street between 4:15 p.m. on March 17 and 7:30 a.m. on March 18.
Suspects broke into a 12-foot enclosed trailer and stole tools and supplies worth more than $20,000. A second storage building in the area was also broken into.
