It’s time for countywide cleanup

It’s time once again for Morgan County’s annual Spring Clean-Up.
The Morgan County Commission and Morgan County Adopt-A-Mile are teaming up for the annual Spring Clean-Up April 19-24. During that time, you will be able to bring unwanted items to the local district shop or take them to the Morgan County Landfill at no charge. Proof of residency is required.
Landfill hours are Monday – Friday from 6 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m.-noon.
District shops are open April 24 at the following times:
Not accepted items include shingles, tires, household garbage, lumber or hazardous chemicals.
