Funeral for Vonne Taylor, 66, of Eva was Fri., April 9, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Steven Smith officiating.
Burial was in Lawrence Cove Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor died Wed., April 7, 2010, at her residence. She was born Dec. 13, 1943, to Guy Rice and Lura Mae McCluskey Rice. She attended Lawrence Cove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Taylor of Eva; a son, James Conner and wife Carol of Eva; four daughters, Sandra Mahaffey, Faith White and Charity Guthrie and husband Joey, all of Eva and Hope Livingston and husband Tony of Hartselle; a brother, Guy Rice Jr. of Trinity; two sisters, Opal LouAllen of Cincinnati, Ohio and Sue Nell Farmer of Decatur; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
