Funeral for Farris Grissom, 62, of Danville was Sat., April 24, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Henderson officiating.
Burial was in Friendship Cemetery in Cullman County.
Mr. Grissom died Wed., April 21, 2010, at his residence. He was born September 20, 1947, in Lawrence County to Daniel P. Grissom and Deenie Sparks Grissom.
He is survived by his wife, Murleea Grissom; two sons, Danny Grissom and Patrick Grissom, both of New Mexico; a daughter, Dena Whittle of Illinois; three sisters, Mamie Franks of Savannah, Tenn., Elizabeth Johnson of Danville and Willadean Garrison of Hartselle; and five grandchildren.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
