Funeral for Ricki Lynn Slaven, 55, of Falkville was Wed., April 28, at 4 p.m. at Lighthouse Baptist Church with Bros. Johnny Reid and Donnie Hargrove officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Falkville City Cemetery.
Mrs. Slaven died Sat., April 24, 2010, at Hartselle Medical Center. She was born Aug. 11, 1954, in Indiana to Aubrey and Amanda Tapley Turney.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Slaven; a brother, Randy McAbee; her stepmother, Edna Turney of Falkville; and two sisters, Margie and Sherry.
Pallbearers were deacons of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
