Funeral for Sherry  McDonald Owens, 60, of Hartselle was Sat., May 1, at 1 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Davie Melton officiating.
Burial was in Slaten Family Cemetery.
Mrs. Owens died Wed., April 28, 2010, at her residence. She was born Jan. 18, 1950, in Morgan County to Maurice Issac McDonald and Agnes Pauline Hollis. She was preceded in death by her mother; a brother, Bill McDonald and a sister, Margaret Elaine Masseralli.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Tidwell of Hartselle; two sons, Ricky Lynn Denson and wife April and Sid Denson and wife Karen, all of Hartselle; a stepson, William Tidwell of Hartselle; two daughters, Debra Cameron and husband Doug of Lacey’s Spring and Kathy Denson Winsett and husband John of Somerville; six brothers, Edward Issac McDonald of Florette, Robert Allen McDonald of Fyffe Lake, Mich., B.J. McDonald of Ethridge, Tenn., Anthony Lamar McDonald of Texas, Jonathan Lynn McDonald of Seymour, Tenn. and Sonny McDonald  of Arkansas; four sisters, Anna McDonald of Arkansas, Debbie Kay Hough of Seymour, Tenn., Brenda Sue McDonald of Somerville and Doris McDonald of Hartselle; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
