Funeral for Homer H. Hall, 96, of Falkville was Saturday, May 29, at 2 p.m. at Union Hill Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Whitt Wray officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Hall died Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham. He was born December 3, 1913, in Falkville to William J. Hall and Dixie Etter Hall. He received a 50- Year Award as a Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Maggilien Hall of Falkville; five sons, Levoid Hall, Lenith Hall and Sherlon Hall, all of Falkville, Vandel Hall of Eva and Brendal Hall of Sacremento, Calif.; a brother, Curtis Hall of Akron, Ohio; a sister, Elenor Pearl Graham of Cullman; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Darryl Hall, Danny Hall, Stanley Hall, Ronald Ledbetter, Jeremy McVay and Jimmy Graham.
