Funeral for Shelby Jean Sandlin McHan, 68, of Hartselle was Wed., June 16, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Thompson officiating.
Burial was in Good Hope Cemetery.
Mrs. McHan died Sun., June 13, 2010, at Civic Center Health and Rehab. She was born March 17, 1942, in Morgan County. She was a 1961 Morgan County High School graduate and attended Albright business college in the late 1960’s. She worked for Prestolite  and married Norman McHan on July 6, 1963.
She and Norman owned McHan Produce from 1965 to 2007. She worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for the produce house. She later retired and became a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her father, L. J. Sandlin.
She is survived by her mother, Margaret Thelma Chenault Sandlin of Falkville; a brother, Wendell Sandlin of Opelika; a sister, Brenda Sandlin Culp of Decatur; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Jonathon Sandlin, Brian Lambert, Charlie Sandlin, Tommy Sandlin, Nick Sandlin and Blaze Wallace.
