Funeral for Frank W. Bell, 84, of Danville was Wed., July 14, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Greg Standridge, Glen Wood and Jeff Sherrill officiating.
Burial was in Herring Cemetery.
Mr. Bell died Mon., July 12, 2010, at Summerford Nursing Home. He was born Sept. 22, 1925, in Lawrence County to James Largus Bell and Jennie Lou Turrentine Bell. He retired from Worthington Corporation, Gold Kist and as a part-time employee at Peck Funeral Home. He was a member of Pine Grove Congregational Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann England Bell; two brothers, Wade Bell and Lester Bell; and two sisters, Hazel Brooks and Nauva Jennings.
He is survived by a brother, Conrad Bell of Hartselle; a sister, Norma Jen Milton of Decatur; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Gary Bell, James Bell, Trillis Hightower, Jerry Beason, Ron West-moreland and Phillip Bryant.
Honorary pallbearers were the part-time employees of Peck Funeral Home.
