Funeral for Myrtie Nelson, 85, of Falkville was Tue., July 27, at 3 p.m.  at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Roberts officiating.
Burial was in Union Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Nelson died Sat., July 24, 2010, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born Sept. 24, 1924, in Morgan County to George Cloer and Nettie Woods Cloer.
She is survived by a son, J.W. Nelson Jr. of Cullman; a daughter, Shirley Chiaverotti of Hartselle; a sister, Jamie Tennyson of Decatur; seven grandchildren, Michelle Chiaverotti, Randy Chiaverotti, Adrian Nelson, Jennifer Nelson, Eric Nelson, Richard Nelson and Shirley Nelson; and four great-grandchildren.
