Wildlife festival cancelled

According to event organizers, the 2010 Southern Wildlife Festival, set for Aug. 20-22, has been canceled. Plans are under way for the 2011 event. Dates for next year’s event will be announced at a later date.
Rated as one of the top shows in the United States, the Southern Wildlife Festival attracts artists, carvers, exhibitors and vendors from across the United States. Traditionally, the indoor festival has been held in October but was moved to the third weekend in August.
