Funeral for Emily Dell Jones, 66, of Hartselle will be Fri., Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jack Redfearn officiating.
Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. Jones died Tue., Aug. 17, 2010, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born in Barrien County, Ga. to Otis Lewis and LuDell Rowe Lewis. She graduated from Berrien High School in 1961 and married her husband, Roy N. Jones. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Mary Annie Ward. She was a member of West Hartselle Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Roy N. Jones Sr.; a son, Roy N. Jones Jr. of Dallas, Tex.; a daugher, Melody Patricia Jones of Decatur; a granddaughter, Mylee Elizabeth Jones of Dallas, Tex.; two sisters, Agnes Wilson of Illinois and Barbara Mays of Nashville, Ga.
Pallbearers will be Ron Hope, Ron hall, George Weatherford, Mike Wiggins, Lavon Light and Roy Jones Jr.
