Area man faces burglary charges

A Danville man is charged in the burglary of a Decatur business.
Charles Makekau, 21, of 57 Roberts Road in Danville, is charged with burglary in the third degree in connection with the June incident.
According to Decatur police, a man reported his business, the Blue Fox Club, had been robbed. Evidence collected at the scene led police to three suspects. One of those suspects, Makekau, was arrested Aug. 16. He was taken to Morgan County Jail on $2,500 bond.
Further arrests are pending
