John Calvin Estes

Funeral for John Calvin Estes, 87, of  Hartselle was Sun., Sept. 12, at 3 p.m. at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Greg Barbie officiating.
Mr. Estes died Fri., Sept. 10, 2010, at his residence. He was born June 22, 1923, in Tennessee to Charlie Estes and Lizzie Miller Estes. He was a member of the Lutheran Church in Gallatin, Tenn. and retired from TVA after 33 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ellen Estes.
He is survived by a daughter, Viola Ausban of Hartselle; four grandchildren, Randy C. Ausban of Chattanooga, Tenn., Ginger Faye Pobelites of Cummings, Ga., Connie Warren of Bowling Green, KY. and Kathy Herring of South Dakota; a sister-in-law,Viola Estes of Texas; a nephew, Douglas Estes; and a niece, Diane Estes.
Pallbearers were grandsons and friends.
