W.A. ‘Buddy’ Asherbranner

Funeral for W.A. “Buddy” Asherbranner, 82, of Falkville was Mon., Oct. 25, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Williams officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Asherbranner died Sun., Oct. 24, 2010. He was born April 13, 1928, to William Henry Asher-branner and Tommie Partridge Asherbranner. He was a lifelong farmer and retired from the Morgan County District 3 shop as a mechanic. He was a Baptist and a Korean War Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Clezell Asher-branner; a son, Kyle Asherbranner and wife Barbara of Falkville; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Rodney Flannigan, Justin Orr, Jeremy Bradford, Ronnie Asherbranner, Phillip Asherbranner and Leon Asherbranner.
