Strawberry Mallow Pie
1 package strawberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 10-oz. package frozen strawberries
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 10-inch graham cracker pie shell.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add frozen strawberries, stirring until fruit separated and add marshmallows. Pour into pie shell.
Chill until firm. Makes eight servings.
Cheese Roll
1 cup pecans
2 small packages of sharp cheese
2 large packages of cream cheese
Dash of salt
Grated garlic to taste
Chili powder
Grind pecans in food chopper and grind cheeses. Combine cheeses, nuts and seasonings. Mix with hands. Shape into two rolls. Roll in chili powder. Roll in wax paper. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Slice rolls into 1/8 inch slices.
Root Beer Float
1 bottle of root beer
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
Carbonated water.
Pour root beer into three tall glasses. Add scoop of ice cream. Fill with carbonated water, stir and serve.
