Funeral for John William Baker, 71, of Hartselle was Wed., Nov. 17, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Wesley Lawrence officiating.
Burial was in Red Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Baker died Sun., Nov. 14, 2010, at his residence. He was born Oct. 30, 1939, in Etowah County to Sam W. Baker and Janie Zeola Allen Baker. He retired from Copeland in 2006.
He is survived by a son, Junior Baker of Decatur; four daughters, Marie Baker Morton of Cullman, Dale Baker Milan of Douglas-ville, Ga., Denise Sellars and Lee Ann Baker Latte of Hartselle; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
