Funeral for Phyllis Dale Napier, 72, was Wed., Dec. 1, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jeff Redmond and the Rev. Jerry Ridling officiating.
Burial was in Hartselle City Cemetery.
Mrs. Napier died Mon., Nov. 29, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital. She was born June 25, 1938, in Hazard, Kentucky, to Otis Woods and Amanda Caudill Woods. She was a member of First Christian Church in Hartselle where she sang in the choir. She loved sports and her grandchildren and was retired as a secretary from the former Minor Furniture Company in Hartselle.
She is survived by her husband, Jack R. Napier; a son, Jack Napier Jr. and wife LaVonda of Hartselle; a daughter, Debbie Queen and husband Alan of Hartselle; three sisters, Faye Roark, Sue Lear and Vera Tolliver, all of Kentucky; and two grandchildren, Wilder Queen and Ross Napier.
Pallbearers were Charles Pridmore, Morris Wayne Edmundson, Doug Step-henson, Don Pouncey, Lane Pearce, Tony McCain, Fred Smith, Robert Clemons, Charles Clemons, Don Garner and David Woods.
