Shady Grove youth make Christmas brighter for others
Danville News
The youth of Shady Grove Baptist Church collected enough gift items to fill 555 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, a worldwide organization that reaches out to children of needy families throughout the world.
The youth delivered the shoebox gifts to St. Luke United Methodist Church in Decatur, a drop-off location for processing and mailing.
Congratulations to all of the youth and their leaders for taking the time to work hard and help disadvantaged children have a special Christmas. May God bless all of you.
