Orange French Dressing
1 (16 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Salt
Combine all ingredients. Chill.  Yields 1 3/4 cups dressing.

Salad greens
Orange sections
Grapefruit sections
Orange French Dressing
Line salad bowl with salad greens.
Arrange orange and grapefruit sections on greens. Serve orange French dressing with salad.

Almond Mayonnaise
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. almond abstract
Combine all ingredients. Chill overnight. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
