Helen Key Hudson

A graveside service for Helen Key Hudson, 101, of Moody was Wednesday, December 15, at 1 p.m. at Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Hudson died Sunday, December 12, 2010. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Moody and worked at East End Hospital, St. Martin’s in the Pines for Dr. R.J. Smith until she retired at age 85. She dedicated her life to saving and serving others. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Daniel Hudson; her parents, Essie and Floyd Key; and a grandson, David Earl Hudson Jr.
She is survived by a son, David E. Hudson; a daughter, Jackie O’Byrne; a brother, Vernon Key; grandchildren, Terry O’Byrne, Pat O’Byrne, Christine Hill and Julia Cook; and great-grandchildren, Dillan O’Byrne, Tori Cook and Allie Cook.
