Funeral for J.C. Smith, 74, of Arab was Monday, December 20, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating.
Burial was in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery.
Mr. Smith died Friday, December 17, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born August 21, 1936, in Marshall County to Louie Oscar Smith and Radie Elizabeth McCutcheon Smith. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Kim Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Smith of Arab; a daughter, Sheila Edwards and husband David of Lacey’s Spring; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bud Hopkins, Eddie Lones, Josh Kelley, Ben Terry, Dustin Worley and Dwight Edwards.
