Funeral for Zackery “Zac” Skinner, 25, of Hartselle was Sunday, December 19, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Smith officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Skinner died Thursday, December 16, 2010. He was born Sunday, April 7, 1985, in Morgan County to Hugh Thurman Skinner and Candace Lynn Curtis Skinner. He will be greatly missed and remembered as a loving, dependable son and brother as well as an upstanding father figure to his nephew, Elijah and a great friend to everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his father, Hugh Skinner of Woodland, Ga.; his mother, Candace Skinner of Hartselle; a sister, April Skinner of Hartselle; his grandmother, Linda Curtis; a nephew, Elijah Knowles; and his girlfriend, Megan Graves.
Pallbearers were Zac Hatfield, A.J. Brown, Josh J. Skinner, JoJo Smith, Josh C. Skinner, Brandon Elkins, Casey Mims, T.J. Light, Colby Smith, Nick Ward and Joseph Dowd.
