E. C. ‘Cecil’ McCaghren

Funeral for E.C. “Cecil” McCaghren, 96, of Danville was Fri., Dec. 24, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Salter officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. McÇaghren died Wed., Dec. 22, 2010, at Falkville Health Care Center. He was born Nov. 28, 1914, in Morgan County to P.G. McCaghren and Annie Segars McCaghren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 75 years, Audie McCaghren. He is survived by four children and their spouses, Bobby and Loretta McCaghren, Billy and Sis McCaghren, Lottie and Del-mer Ray Hensley and Jimmy and Gail McCaghren; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Ronnie McCaghren, Rex Hensley, George McCaghren, Jarrod McCaghren, Bobby Brown and Mack Maddox.
