Hartselle splits pair in Oneonta tournament

ONEONTA – Hartselle split a pair of games in the Oneonta Classic last week to close out the holiday portion of its schedule.
The Tigers beat Cleveland 73-55 with an 18-point performance by Isaiah Fowler. Aaron Wooley added 15 points, while Chance Partlow finished with 11 points.
Hartselle was beaten by Tanner 57-52 to finish 1-1 in the tournament.
The Tigers were set to return to action Tuesday night at home against Class 5A, Area JJ rival Cullman but the game was postponed after school was cancelled by a water situation in Hartselle and Decatur.
There has been no decision on a date to reschedule the games.
