Funeral for L.C. Copeland, 64, of Falkville was Fri., Dec. 31, at 1 p.m. at Faith Independent Church with Peck Funeral Home directing.
Burial was in Bell Springs Cemetery.
Mr. Copeland died Tue., Dec. 28, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born January 18, 1946, in Colbert County to Arrie Lee Copeland and Ruby Elzadie Lawson Copeland. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margie Mears.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Elzadie Copeland of Falkville; two sons, Ricky Shawn Copeland of Cross Ringo, Ga. and Jerry Wayne Copeland of Decatur; four daughters, Barbara Gerstman and Joy Collier, both of Falkville and Glenda Tolbert and Christian Henderson, both of Vinemont; a brother, Herbert Copeland of Moulton; two sisters, JoAnn Scott of Hackleburg and Jane Ochoa of Falkville; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mike Kneece, Derick Morgan, Chris, Frankie Massey and Jordan Beasley.
