Funeral for Patricia Ann Garrison, 75, of Hartselle was Sun., Jan. 2, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Joel A. Coots officiating.
Burial was in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Mrs. Garrison died Wed., Dec. 29, 2010, at Hartselle Medical Center. She ws born March 21, 1935, in Michigan to William Stephen Turnbull and Edith Cordelia Turnbull. She was a loving mother, wife, sister and daughter and an inspiration to all of those around her. She went back to school at the age of 50 and received an associate degree in cosmetology and was on the president’s list for her achievements. She enjoyed music, dancing and all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and especially the constant company of her dog “Cheyenne”. She was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Arthur Garrison; two brothers, Miles Turnbull and Larry Turnbull; and a sister, Bernice Byrd.
She is survived by a son, Arthur Garrison Jr. of Danville; three daughters, Kathy Converse and Debbie Hanners, both of Hartselle and Kimberly Coots of Massey; 12 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Shawn Streling, Kris Hanners, Brock Garrison, Brandon Prater, Mark Converse and David Terry.
