A memorial service for Ronald Date Kepler, 73, of Hartselle was Sun., Jan. 2, at 7 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Jeffrey Kepler officiating.
A graveside service was Mon., Jan. 3, at 2 p.m. at Jones Chapel Cemetery in Lawrence County
Mr. Kepler died Thur., Dec. 30, 2010, at his residence. He was born March 20, 1937, in Nebraska to Date Wilson Kepler and Emily M. Goodman Kepler. He was employed with Insurance Services Office (ISO) as a manager for eight states. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Sarasota Bailey and a son-in-law, Brian Bailey.
He is survived by his wife, Harriet C. Kepler of Hartselle; two sons, Anthony Kepler of Connecticut and Jeffrey Kepler of Birmingham; two daughters, Rhona Kepler Lutton of Ariz. and Janet Kepler Bailey of Hartselle; a brother, Donald Kepler of Scottbluff, Neb.; and 11 grandchildren.
