Lady Bulldogs beat Fairview
Amber Smith recorded a double-double Friday in Priceville’s 77-67 victory over Fairview in a Class 4A, Area 15 matchup.
Priceville improved to 14-6 overall.
Smith, who finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds in the win, was one of four Priceville players to score in double figures.
Presley Darling added 21 points, while Jordan Crow finished with 12 points.
The Lady Bulldogs also got 10 points from Molly Thompson.
Priceville 70, East Lawrence 65
Priceville’s Sydney McLendon led the Lady Bulldogs with 16 points in a 70-65 victory over East Lawrence.
Presley Darling finished with 14 points, while Molly Thompson and Jordan Crow each scored 12 points. Amber Smith chipped in 10 points.
East Lawrence was led by Bionca Mosley’s 18 points.
Tanner 84, Falkville 31
Sydney Moore scored a team-high 11 points in Falkville’s loss to Tanner.
Hilary Eason added seven points, while Sarah Goodman finished with five points.
Lauren Harris scored 26 points for the Lady Rattlers, while Sierra Sales and Sentoya Harper added 25 and 21 points respectively.
Boys’ game
Fairview 64, Priceville 45
Kalieb Gibson scored 12 points and Matt Teague added 11 points in Priceville’s loss to Fairview in an Area 15 game.
Priceville dropped to 6-11 overall with the loss.
Tanner 70, Falkville 39
Seth Wiley scored 10 points to pace Falkville in a 70-39 loss to Tanner.
Johnny Tompkins and Canaan Smith both finished with eight points for the Blue Devils.
Tanner’s Isaiah Smith led all scorers with 15 points.
