Speake, MacBeth exchange vows in Hartselle cememony

Lisa DeAnn Speake and Ronald Alyn MacBeth III of Vestavia Hills were married December 27,  2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Hartselle.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Emmett Speake of Hartselle. The groom is the son of Ms. JeriLynn Brooks MacBeth of Pensacola, Fla. and Dr. and Mrs. Ronald Alyn MacBeth Jr. of Dublin, Georgia.
Bishop Robert C. Morgan and the Rev. Robert Sparkman officiated. The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride chose a formal French Alencon lace gown with an illusion bateau neckline, featuring a beaded gold antique broach belt at the natural waistline with a full chapel train.
Serving as matron of honor was Mrs. Stacy Westbrook, cousin of the bride, of Hartselle.
Bridesmaids were Mrs. Bree Munger Bratton of Starkville, Miss., Mary Patricia George, Elizabeth Lee Hendrix, Elizabeth Britton Moloney and Kaylee Kristin Osland, all of Birmingham, Mrs. Anne Frances MacDonald, sister of the groom, of Pensacola, Fla. and Sarah McNutt McCaghren of Danville.
The attendants wore regatta flat taffeta strapless gowns.

Flower girl was Miss Sarah Elizabeth Westbrook, cousin of the bride, of Hartselle.
Best man were brothers of the groom, Ian-Christopher Albert MacBeth of Tuscaloosa and Brooks Lowell MacBeth of Vestavia Hills.
Groomsmen were Taylor Ambress Binyon of Newburgh, Ind., Patrick David Dauphin of Dothan, Michael Andrew Rogers and Stosh Michael Silivos, both of Pensacola, Robert David Speake, brother of the bride, of Mobile and Jefferson Roger Vaughan of Winter Park, Fla.
The bride’s book was attended by Miss Alexa Anne Duchock. Program attendants were Miss Olivia Rachelle Woodard and Miss Francis Celeste Richardson, both of Birmingham and Miss Elinor Sydney Heflin of Chicago, Ill.
Sabrina Buettner served as wedding director. The music was provided by Ellen Bean, Chad Scarborough and soloist Mary Catherine McAnnally.
A reception followed at Burningtree Country Club in Decatur.
The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
The couple was honored with several prenuptial events:
• A rehearsal dinner was held at The Freight House in Hartselle on Sunday, December 26, hosted by the groom’s mother, JeriLynn MacBeth.
• Lunch was provided for the wedding party at the church by Kim Peck, Linda Vest, Anne Glasgow and Lib Speake.
• A bridal tea on October 3 was co-hosted by Bree Bratton, Sarah Ann Evans, Ellen Hodgen, Brenda Outlaw, Cindy Sandlin, Stacy Westbrook, Jan Cross, Myra Garrett, Sarah McCaghren, Jane Padgett, Debbie Smith, Martha Dobbs, Lizzie Hendrix, Edwanna McNutt, Linda Russell, Beverly Waldrop, Mary Yarbrough and Jenny McFee at the home of Tonya Hendrix of Hartselle.
• The groom’s family hosted a couples party on November 27 in Pensacola, Fla.
