Funeral for Ruby Owen, 96, of Dacula, Ga., will be Saturday, January 29, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Ridling officiating.

Burial will be in Hartselle City Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Mrs. Owen died Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at Gwinnett Medical Center. She was born Saturday, June 27, 1914, in Morgan County to John Pruitt Hodges and Nannie Freeman Hodges. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Owne and two infant sons, Thomas C. Owen Jr. and Howard H. Owen.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Owen of Dacula, Ga.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
