Four arrested in meth meth lab bust at Spanish Trace Apartments
Sheriff Ana Franklin reports that on Thursday, agents of the Morgan County Drug Task Force, ABC Statewide drug unit and the Decatur Organized Crime Unit executed a methamphetamine search warrant at Spanish Trace Apartments 1-F, 603 Longhorn Pass, Hartselle, AL., that resulted in the arrest of four individuals.
Agents served narcotic distribution warrants on Ron McGregor at Spanish Trace Apartments, apt. 1-F. Ron McGregor was located at this apartment, along with James Calvin Boone, Amber Strain and Christy Barnes. During the execution of the warrants, Agents observed Coleman camp fuel, Drain Out, a cold pack and jars with powder residue in them, all items used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Agents also observed quantities of a white powder that field tested positive for methamphetamine. Agents obtained a search warrant, and located a one-pot methamphetamine lab that had recently produced methamphetamine in a bedroom closet, additional quantities of methamphetamine, and other equipment and paraphernalia that is common to the production and use of methamphetamine.
