Sandra ‘Sherlean’ Fleishamel Hart, Grand Blanc, Mich.

Funeral for Sandra “Sherlean” Fleishamel Hart, 64, of Grand Blanc, Mich., will be Thursday, March 10, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ben Bates officiating. Burial will be in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery at Eva. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Hart died Monday, March 7, 2011 at Falkville Healthcare Center. She was born May 5, 1946 in Cullman. She was a member of The Point Baptist Church in GoodRich, Mich. After twenty plus years at Buick City in Flint, Mich., she transferred to Lake Orion, Mich., Local UAW 5960, where she retired from General Motors. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Yates Fleishamel. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was loved by all who knew her. She did so much for others and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by a son, Mark E. Carlson and wife, Marshell of Hartselle; her father, Virgil “Theo” Fleishamel of Holly Pond; two sisters, Wanda Gibbs and husband Ricky of Holly Pond and Judy Seeback of Swartz Creek, Mich.; and two granddaughters, Lara and Lea Carlson of Hartselle.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be mailed to her granddaughters Church Youth Fund: New Center Baptist Church “Youth Fund”, P.O. Box 942, Hartselle, AL 35640.
