A Week of Prayer for North Alabama Missions and the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering began Sunday, Mar. 6, and continues through Sun., Mar. 13.
The North American Mission Board estimates that there are 258 million people in North America who do not have a personal relationship with Jesus. Christians are encouraged to give sacrificially to the Annie Armstrong Offering to help support missionaries in the United States.
When Jesus saw the crowds, he had compassion for them, because they were weary and worn out, Like sheep without a shepherd. Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”
The Danville-Neel Elementary School PTO meeting for March has been moved to Monday night, March 14.
Danville High School will conduct cheerleader tryouts Friday, April 8, in the high school gym. A cheerleader clinic will be held Thursday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m, at Liberty Baptist Church in Hartselle. Anyone needing more information should call Harold Tate at 256-476-4193.
