Funeral for Jean Johnston Morris, 93, of Hartselle will be Friday, March 11, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Harold Thompson officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Morris died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Decatur General Hospital. She was born March 6, 1918, in Iowa, to Siegle Johnston and Bertha Reinhart Johnston. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by a son, Brent Morris and wife Faye of Somerville; a daughter, Beth Hutcheson and husband Wayne of Birmingham; two grandchildren, Lisa Nichols and Doug Collum; five great-grandchildren, Dalton, Dakota, Cody, Rileigh and Hope; and two grand dogs, Ginger and Maggie.
