Thelma Brown Milam, Falkville

Funeral for Thelma Brown Milam, 81, of Falkville will be Friday, March 11, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Whitt Wray officiating.

Burial will be in Ebenezer Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 10, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Milam died Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Summerford Nursing Home. She was born August 29, 1929, in Morgan County to Arnold Joseph Brown and Laura Harris Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Ray Milam; a daughter, Mary Quick; and a sister, Helen Smith.

She is survived by a son, Harold Milam and wife Doll of Hartselle; two daughters, Remonda Fox and husband Richard and Sandra Jones Milam, all of Hartselle; a brother, Charlie Brown and wife Robbie of Hartselle; four sisters, Faye Gibson of Speake and Genva Shaneyfelt, Margene Lindsey and Wiladean Smith, all of Cullman.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
