Funeral for Robert Hart “Bob” Flag, 80, of Hanceville will be Tuesday, March 15, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bradley McDonald officiating.
Burial will be in Powell’s Chapel Cemetery with graveside military honors.
Visitation will be Monday, March 14, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Flagg died Friday, March 11, at V.A. Hospital in Birmingham. He was born Mary 13, 1930, in Illinois to Harold S. Flagg and Marie Hart Flagg. He was pastor of Community Gospel Church in Hanceville and served in the U.S. Air Force for six years.
He is survived by his wife, Evon Flagg of Hanceville; five children; six stepchildren; five grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Flagg, Brian Flagg, Robert Flagg Jr., Shawn Kozokari and Adam Young.
