Shirlyn ‘Sherry’ Sweat

March 13, 2011

Funeral for Shirlyn “Sherry” Sweat, 64, of Hartselle was Thursday, March 17, at 6 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Richard L. Konichek officiating.
Mrs. Sweat died Sunday, March 13, 2011. She was born April 30, 1946, to Robert Glenn and Helen Johnson Glenn. She will be missed greatly, may she soar with the angels. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Lee Sweat; three daughters, Diana Crane of Danville, Cindy Wynn and husband Jerome of Moulton and Lisa Buckner of Decatur; two brothers, Lonnie Glenn and wife Paula and Ron Glenn and wife Nancy; seven grandchildren, Nicole Perry, Christopher Nix, Brandon Buckner, Shawn Wynn, Samantha Buckner, Michelle Wynn and Destiny Crane; three great-grandchildren, Joseph Perry, Kayla Perry, Joshua Nix; and nephew, Donald Sweat.
