Charles ‘Charlie’ Anders

Funeral for Charles “Charlie” Anders, 64, of Hartselle will be Wednesday, March 23, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bros. James Battle and Mike Eaton officiating.
Burial will be in Hartselle Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 22, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Anders died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at his residence. He was born November 27, 1946, in Morgan County to David Parks Anders and Josie Bodley Anders. Mr. Anders was married to his wife for 18 years and was a certified welder for 46 years. He loved his family and friends and his favorite way of passing time was hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Parks Anders and Josie Bodley Anders.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Anders; two sons, Chris Anders and Steven Staggs, both of Decatur; two brothers, Luther Anders and companion Jean Blaxton of Danville and Leon Anders and wife Glenda of Hartselle; two surviving grandchildren, Drake Anders and Lynsey Staggs.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
