Funeral for Marisa Chunn Fitzgibbon, 54, of Huntsville will be Thursday, April 21, at 10 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Charles Owens officiating.
Burial will be in Cedar Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 20, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Fitzgibbon passed away Monday, April 18, 2011, at her residence. She was born Thursday, January 11, 1957, in Illinois to Howard Dixon Chunn and Joy Nell Wiley Chunn. She was a graduate of Austin High School and was employed as an R.N. at Lee High School. She was a Baptist.
She is survived by her parents, Howard Dixon Chunn and Joy Nell Chunn of Decatur; a sister, Allison Littrell and husband William of Cullman; two beloved nieces, Lucy Littrell and Manie Littrell; and special friends, Lisa, Jeff and Jack.
Pallbearers will be William Littrell, Russell Chunn, Tom Whitsett, Jerald Wiley, Phillip Hardy and Terry Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
