Beautification board sets awards program

Hartselle Beautification Association has revived its beautification awards program as a means of recognizing individual businesses, churches and pubic institutions for doing an exemplary job of maintaining and enhancing the curb appeal of their property, according to HBA Director Carolyn Wallace.
“We’re accepting nominations now and will notify the nominees when their property will be judged within two to three weeks,” Wallace said. Ten to 15 awards will be given initially and the winners will be recognized at a luncheon in late June.
