Athletic camps set at county schools

Basketball camps are being conducted at three Morgan County high schools next week and a fourth will be held the following week.

Camps will begin Monday, June 6, at Brewer, Priceville and West Morgan and will continue through Friday, June 10.

Ricky Allen, head girls basketball coach at Brewer, is conducting a camp at Randolph Ryan Gym from 6 to 9 p.m. through Friday. Participants range in grades from second through ninth grade.

The Darrell Haynes Basketball Camp is being conducted at Priceville High School from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is open to elementary and junior high stucents. Both gyms at the high school and the one at Priceville Elementary School are being used.

West Morgan School is hosting a camp for students entering first through ninth grades through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

The Sam Brown Basketball Camp will be conducted at Randolph Ryan Gym at Brewer High School June 13-17.
