2 small cans Mandarin oranges, drained
1 can sliced pineapple, drained
1 1/2  cup marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sour cream
Combine fruits, coconut, marshmallows and sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Makes 8 servings.

Dill Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP vinegar from dill pickles
Combine all ingredients into a jar and shake well. Serve with your favorite salad.

Tomato ‘n Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 TBSP vinegar from sweet pickles
1 cup tomato sauce
Combine all ingredients into a jar and shake well.

Frozen Pumpkin Tarts
6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
1 can pumpkin
1 carton cool whip
1 instant vanilla pudding mix
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Pour into shells, cover and place into freezer until you are ready to use them.

Peanut Butter and Peach Sandwich
Spread one side of bread with peanut butter. Peel and slice peach and put on the peanut butter.
