William Henry Turrentine
Funeral for William Henry Turrentine, 72, of Hartselle will be Friday, June 17, at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Nicky Pressnell and Mike Nix officiating.
Burial will be in Johnson Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from Friday, June 17, 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Turrentine died Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at Baptist Medical Center Princeton in Birmingham. He was born February 20, 1939, in Morgan County to Robert Earl and Edna Black Turrentine. He was a member of the Neel Church of Christ, loved animals and the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy Turrentine; two sons, Danny Turrentine and wife Nikki and Michael Turrentine, all of Hartselle; two brothers, Charles Turrentine of Hartselle and James Thomas Turrentine of Columbus, Ga.; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Travis Turrentine, Freddie Turrentine, Bradley Turrentine, Tony Turrentine, Ronnie Turrentine and Jimmy Martin.
