Urick named FFA State Secretary

Lydia Urick of the Falkville FFA Chapter was named Alabama FFA Associaton State Secretary.

She will serve during the 2011-12 school year. Lydia endured two days of interviews with the state nominating committee before being selected from 11 other finalists.

Urick also placed third in the state Prepared Public Speaking event. Lydia will be a senior at Falkville and is the daughter of Pam Urick and her FFA advisor is Shane Bryan.
