Arlene ‘Arly’ Bowen
Funeral for Arlene “Arly” Bowen, 63, of Decatur, will be Saturday, July 9, at 1 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Hartselle Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Bowen died Saturday, July 2, 2011, at her residence. She was born October 12, 1947, in Wyoming to Kenneth William Mitchell and Ida Mae Howe Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dennis Aubrey Bowen; and a daughter, Mary Katherine “Katie” Galyen.
She is survived by a son, Kenneth Bowen and wife Brooke of Hartselle; two daughters, Audrey Pyatt and husband Travis of Decatur and Amber Galyen of Hartselle; a sister, Anna Barnett and husband James of Cheyenne, Wyoming; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
